Normally, it would be expected for characters to RP the process of renting out an apartment regardless of character history. That under any circumstance it was to be expected they just arrived in town or are just striking out on their own. I am making an exception.

Many of you have already contacted me about apartments for your characters. So I have decided that if your character history has them living in San Francisco already then you can request an apartment in this thread for that character.

As for actual homes, I will not be building anymore. At least anytime soon. So unless there is a vacancy, which I can't remember whether or not there is, you are out of luck.

So if you would like an apartment, and it makes sense for your character to possess one, then please reply with your request.

I just realized that Luc doesn't actually have a place to stay. :o One for him, please.

It really wouldn't make sense for either Luc or Moira to have an apartment already established. Luc actually only spent a few hours in the city and has been on this journey for awhile now too. As for Moira, her bio establishes that she has been camping in Muir Woods, so it would be best if she actually RPd acquiring the apartment. Same goes for Luc. If and when he returns to San Fran.
