Title: Status: Astral Plane

Astral Plane - March 13, 2007 07:20 PM (GMT)
[This is a guide to the Astral Plane, one of many parallel planes.

The Astral Plane is predominantly only accessible to psychics with the ability to astral project. The projector becomes unconscious while literally projecting their consciousness into the Astral Plane. While in the Astral Plane, they can literally view events of the real world in real time, but are unable to interact with it in any shape, way or form. This is due to the very thin veil between the Astral Plane and reality. However, the viewing between worlds is only one way. This means that people in the real world are incapable of viewing events in the Astral Plane unless given the ability to do so by The Nexus.

Another component of the Astral Plane is the Astral Nexus. This is the "hub" of the Astral Plane making it easier for projectors to transfer their astral selves from one place to another without making the trip by foot. The projector simply sends their consciousness into the Astral Nexus and concentrates on their new destination then transports themselves there. The Astral Nexus is only accessible to very accomplished astral projectors.

In order to post within the Astral Plane, one simply places a tag at the top of their post stating so. Then they continue to post within normal forums of the board, placing the Astral Plane tag at the top of each post. Repeatedly not doing so can lead to confusion amongst the posters and a possible warning if it isn't corrected. Below is a sample post of how this would look.]

QUOTE (Victor Halliwell)
[Astral Plane]

Victor stands within the attic of the Halliwell Manor. It is empty with the exception of his cousin, J.R., who is currently flipping through the pages of the Book of Shadows. Having known J.R. was up here alone, not to mention acting very strange as of late, Victor had astral projected into the attic. Walking to where his cousin stands, Victor peers over the younger boy's shoulder to see what it was his cousin was looking for.
