[This is a guide to the Ghost Plane, one of many parallel planes.
The Ghost Plane is generally only accessible to two types of beings - Higher Beings and spirits of the recently deceased. Of course, there are always loops holes to every rule, but generally speaking it is only these two beings.
It is also an exact replica of the real world with the exception that it is in a constant state of twilight. There is no day or night in this plane. Unlike the Astral Plane, visitors to the Ghost Plane may not view events in the mortal realm and only especially powerful spirits, powered by vengeance, may affect the mortal realm in any way. However, even this feat usually takes years for the spirit to fine tune. Even then it can not sustained for long periods of time.
Within the Ghost Plane is where spirits meet with the Angel of Death before he takes them on into the After Life. Sometimes a person who is on the verge of life and death may teeter between the two realms; their spirits brushing against the Ghost Plane and appearing in brief flashes.
Also included within the Ghost Plane is the Spirit Realm. The spirit realm is located within the Heavens and is where the Elders bring the spirits of whom they have deemed worthy to serve as a whitelighter in a second life. Of course, the spirit has a choice and may choose to move on to the After Life.
In order to post within the Ghost Plane, one simply places a tag at the top of their post stating so. Then they continue to post within normal forums of the board, placing the Ghost Plane tag at the top of each post. Repeatedly not doing so can lead to confusion amongst the posters and a possible warning if it isn't corrected. Below is a sample post of how this would look.]
| QUOTE (Leslie Banks) |
[Ghost Plane]
Having been burnt at the stake for crimes involving withcraft, Leslie's spirit appears within the Ghost Plane. It is the same room where she had been executed only moments before. Her eyes focus on the contraption that had killed her, not even noticing that a man dressed in black had appeared behind her. |
