When you are going to be away from the board for an extended amount of time, it is courteous to give your fellow RPers notice as far in advance as possible. This will allow for the staff to accommodate your character's inactivity.

Simply post a reply to this thread using the form below to let everyone know about your absence, as well as your expected date of return. If you have multiple characters, there is no need to post multiple replies. Simply combine them within the same form by listing all your characters where asked.

The form may be also used if announcing your departure from the game. Simply remove the expected date of return and add that you are leaving ACL permanently. No questions asked.

Failing to let the board know that you aren't going to be around is rude and not without its consequences. If your absence is holding up a major plot and you have been gone for two weeks, then your character will be moved to the Axis of Time until your return. If you are gone for a month then your character will be placed in the Axis regardless of whether or not you are holding up any plots. Repeated extended absences without leave may result in you losing your character permanently.

I woke up this morning with the left side of my face swollen and red from an abcessed tooth. There is talk of me going to the ER if it doesn't go down soon. Okay, this is a few days late, but I'm posting on behalf of Meg.

She's changing internet providers this week and apparently the ones she's changing to have a reputation for being useless. She said to post this if I hadn't heard anything from her by Wednesday, and obviously, it's now friday. She just said to let you all know and that she'll be back ASAP. I've had to take time off because I dislocated my right shoulder and have tendonitis and the pain was so bad that I couldn't do much because it's my right arm and I am right handed.

Then this poast weekend I was attacked by my dad's dog. I developed severe bruising and swelling and that had to go down first before I could resume typing.
