If you are confused about something in the game or just really aren't sure about something, then feel free to post your question in this thread. The staff will answer any questions as quickly as possible.

So about this time jump. Was I right in doing a little summary of what had happened over the time jump in my new post?

The Nexus - December 6, 2007 03:17 AM (GMT)
Yes. Individual characters are responsible for filling in the gaps of time that we jump over. They aren't required to make mention of it in their posts, but may make references to past events. However, nothing major can occur during these times as that would be meta-gaming.

Clark McGowan - December 6, 2007 03:18 AM (GMT)
ok so I'm assuming my post was acceptable then. Thanks so much.

Mirella Raine - December 8, 2007 04:18 AM (GMT)
Just noticed that there's no rooms in Mirella's apartment. ;) Can this be fixed please? Take your time. I think I'm gonna have her working late at the office or something.

The Nexus - December 8, 2007 04:38 AM (GMT)
They are there. The settings are just off. You just have to change it from 'last 30 days' to 'beginning' and they show up. Fixing it in the ACP now tho.

Mirella Raine - December 11, 2007 06:52 PM (GMT)
Oh, I see. I thought the default was always from the beginning for everything. lol. My bad. But thank you. :)

Jay - December 11, 2007 06:57 PM (GMT)
Nope. Default for the board is the last 30 days. You have to change it in the ACP when creating the forums. Obviously I missed it for that particular forum. It's fixed now.

Where'd the chat board go?

JR Cassidy - January 5, 2008 07:46 AM (GMT)
*Poof* Gone.

;)

Daria Fallen - January 9, 2008 06:26 PM (GMT)
-pouts- Whyy???

Jay - January 9, 2008 06:45 PM (GMT)
Here is the answer I gave one of my mods when they asked me the same question when I brought up discussion about closing it down.

QUOTE
Why not?

It's just sort of there, taking up space. No one uses it hardly ever and, as I've said before, it's depressing for me to see it there and not being used. It's inactivity has been a major factor everytime I've thought about closing the site down. To me, a dead OOC section equals lack of interest in the board. It's meant to build community, but it doesn't and hasn't been. SO I think that if I remove it then it won't become an issue for me any longer. It will no longer be a factor and ACL will become strictly about the RP, which is what the members seem to want anyways.

Mirella Raine - January 12, 2008 08:29 PM (GMT)
Ah I see. I can totally relate. I'm about to give up on AML's OOC sections. -pouts- It's really too bad.

Daria Fallen - June 1, 2008 04:14 AM (GMT)
I really didn't know where else to put this. But I tried to look at skins and couldn't so I decided to check it out and this is the post by Brandon on the ZBSF:

An issue at one of the datacenter buildings has knocked the domain name system for InvisionFree and ZetaBoards offline.

Since your ISP remembers domain name information for a few hours at least, this outage will not immediately affect all users.

Please note that even if you can not reach your board, no data has been lost and the server itself is fine.

We are working to bring up a backup domain name system for InvisionFree and ZetaBoards as soon as possible.
