Leaving the dark cave portion of the surface catacombs, Venus now finds herself in this unremarkable location of the complexed network of tunnels, except now, torch light greets her eyes, allowing her to see better in the darkened passageways. Somebody must have put those there, and for a reason, too. Seems there may actual be something of interest here after all. Now truly captivated by the possibilities, Venus glides serenely through the catacombs, following them and moving smoothly and gracefully as if but a shadow on the wall. It doesn't take her long to reach the new territory of the living forest.
