[The network of tunnels from the Surface Catacombs eventually trickle down into the main layer of the Underworld and exit here, at the Living Forest. This forest covers a large chunk of the Underworld, filled with trees that come alive and have a bite worse than their bark.]
Now... This is indeed curious. (Where on earth am I now?) Venus finds herself at the edge of a vast forest, sinister looking and with an aura of darkness. It's oddly satisfying to her, though, and once again she feels a burning thirst for knowledge. She wants to know more about this place. She yearns to learn more about this place.
Like the first time she ever tried dark sorcery, there is a feeling of this place which is steeped in mystery and wonder and... power. It's a sintilating concoxion, and it drives her forward. Now, her elegant feet take her on a path through the forest, and her eyes dart about to take in as much as possible.
Seems that nothing much happens to Venus as she traverses the odd terrain of the underworld. Constantly wondering where she is, her mind tries to absorb every thing that she can see and process it, trying to eliminate the possibilities. Now, as she continues to move, there seems to be nothing remarkable sticking out to her. Nothing which causes her curiosity to peak.
(Now, now. What is there to see?) The dragging hem of her dress causes the leaves to rustle as she passes over them, causing a whisper to followe her sleek silhouette. Undettered, she continues to move, and unwittingly, though very luckily, she finds herself near the entrance to the demonic market.
