I put like 1,000 pairs of batteries in him but he woulden't work he just has his mouth open and open eyes =( :(

Did you have those batteries lying around the house? Sometimes, furbys don't work if the batteries arent brand new. You could also try hitting re-set after you put the batteries in, but DO NOT HOLD FURBYS TONGUE DOWN WHILE YOU PUSH RE-SET UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES!!!
Sometimes, the furbys batteries get so dead furby doesn't realize he or she has new batteries in it. Sort of like cordless phones. When it says low battery on the screen, you have to put it on the reciver right away because when the battery is completely dead, the phone won't be able to turn on to begin charging.

Maybe you just put them in wrong....
like the plus and the minus signs on the batteries have to match up with the furby...

1.After adding new batteries shut his battery door and screw it shut.
2.Hit the bottom of the Furby fairly hard BUT NOT TO HARD! against the palm of your hand! sometimes Furbys gears get a little jammed and need help getting started i always have to do this to Doo-Moh my snow leapord furby when I change his batteries!
if it dousntwork fried motor maybe! :(
