I saw this sticker once before on a Furby-box. But in the box was an ordinary Furby.

Well spotted bitterkid! This is called the Sunrise Furby. It's a 1st generation Wolf Furby with a yellow tummy. They came out towards the end of original Furby's release - I don't know exactly when, probably early 2000 or late 1999.

Some people call them error Furbys, but they weren't really an error - Tiger Electronics just had a load of spare Wolf Furby furs and yellow tummy fur to use up, so they made some of these guys! ^_^

You know so much about the Furbys. Please write it down and make a book. Or a big website with all this detailed informations. (I know, I ask repeatedly).

Good news Olla - I am currently working on a new section of the Adopt a Furby website, called the "Furby FAQ". (I might decide to change the name in the future)

It will hold all the Furby information me and Dr Rob know, and we will do extra research for it too. There will also be the option to ask your own Furby questions, and if we can find the answer we will add it to the database.

Maybe when it's done we can print off a few copies into a booklet for Furby lovers. ^_^

Oh that was funny because I was about to put that it might be and factory error.

Silly me

Weecoo - June 8, 2008 12:54 PM (GMT)
Well Super Furby you can kind of call it an error Furby, and some people do, but I think they did it on purpose to use up the fur at the factory

bitterkid - I don't know exactly how many of the Sunrise Furbys were made because they're not an official release, so we'll never know - but they've got to be pretty rare because you don't see many of them about ^_^

Olla - I'm glad you're looking forward to the new information section. I'll be sure to post on the forum the instant it becomes ready for people to view! :)
