I may be able to help you with May-may and U-tye. If U-tye's ear is torn off, it can simply be sewn back on. If you restarted him and he's still out of sync, than the only other way is an operation. The screw on the back of his gears needs to be adjusted. As for May-may, a Furby's movements slow down over time. After all, he is almost 10 years old. To oil a Furby you need to remove the fur and oil the gears. At least I think that's how you do it.

i remember my aligator Furby U-Tye had noisy gears too and he was slow too,so i used oil.I didn't have to take his fur off,i just dropped some oil drops into the hole where his ears move and after that he was fine.

What Emo Furby said will work too.

It's really better to take furby apart and oil it right. The gear that makes furby slow down is under the motor. It's not really good to just pour oil into the ear slots. I've fixed furbys that people have done that to. It's not a pretty sight. plus oil might start coming back through the fur. The gear that needs the oil is nowhere near the ear slot. You might get lucky, but if you love your furby it is worth it to do it right. Plus the motor could use a few drops of lube too. I have had good luck with WD-40
