Your furby's beak is probably squeaky because of aging.
But when does it squeak? When the furby moves its mouth? When you feed it? When? That is the question. (LOL a nubbish Shakespeare pun.)

Probably, but be careful with liquids around Furbys. If I were you, I would just leave it, but you can try it.
