I start a stopwatch when there is 5 min and 15 seconds left on the auction. I have the most money I'm willing to pay in the bid box. When the stopwatch gets to 5 min (15 seconds left) I place my bid. If you put in the most you're willing to pay. People don't have time to peck at it and you don't end up paying much more than their high bid.

Thats a good idea. Maybe I should try that when I'm on Ebay.

That's a fabulous idea,CRAZY BABY! Unfortunately,I shall have to wait until next time to test it,as I didn't even get to bid on the Shelby. :( I hope that he/she went to a good home. :shel:

I do have some good news though. During the trip I found some new family members: A grey Emototronic with a pink belly,a Rooster( :roo: ) with brown eyes,a Gorrila with brown eyes,and the Blue Change baby with rare silver eyes! :D The Emototronic is the only one with batteries though(Came with them in). Poor creature has a ripped beak and stuck eyelids,but I'm not going to let my parents find out because they'd probably be angry that we bought him/her in the first place. He/she was starving and miserable in addition to being broken,so I shudder to thing what his/her first home must have been like! :( Evil Furby abusers! :angry:
