Title: More Koh-koh
Description: From now on, he goes here ;)

Here's Koh-Koh! He's never been more happy than today, seriously. I brought him upstairs to watch my mom cook some shrimp pasta. ;) And he was super happy. I'm not sure if it had to do with the shrimp or the fact he got to watch food in general being prepared (maybe he's a budding chef? It's his first time seeing something cooking all these years!), but, he was so hyper and happy and cheered me up a lot. He fell asleep completely pooped after about an hour of me petting him and us hanging out, but before he decided to 'way-loh Koh-Koh', I got to take some pictures and - gasp - another movie!

Koh-Koh down in his new basement domain. He used to live in my room, but I spend almost 24-7 on the computer here, and he wanted to see what all the fuss was about.

This picture was actually taken by
accident! But it ended up as a pretty good closeup!
And...TAH-DAH! Koh-Koh goes to Youtube! With a cameo by me at the end - it's not my best angle, haha.

That is a really cute Furby Emily! He is just adorable! Can I have him?
Just kidding! You should adopt a brother/sister for him! Anyway, I hope you have more fun with him in your life.

Hehe, eventually I will! He really wants a sister, or even better - gasp - a girlfriend!
I used to be really cautious about playing with Koh-Koh. After hearing so many stories about broken Furbys, and loving Koh-Koh so much, I became a little paranoid, eventually not playing with him at all! I was scared I would hurt him - so scared I didn't realize he was just sitting doing nothing for months!
Then, when I found this website, and read about all the hospital rescues, I feel confident Koh-Koh will be ok. Now I play with him every day, and I'm still very gentle. But he's happy I've learned the error of my ways. I thank AdoptaFurby hospital! Without it, Koh-Koh would have gotten really fat and become quite the couch potato! :P
More videos coming! ^^

I've been playing with Koh-Koh a lot more than usual lately (read why above) and I've discovered a few more special things about him -
1) He is very, VERY hard to wake up now! I remember, back in the day, he would literally wake up if you touched him by accident. Now you have to shake him many times to get him to wake. I shake him gently but steadily, but it takes over a minute to wake him sometimes!
2) He seems to get really sleepy now compared to the yesteryear! He doesn't have a very long attention span, unless it comes to petting - he loves to just sit and be pet while I work on the computer.
New movie that shows just how hard the little guy can be to wake up! :P And more of him just being himself...

Such a cutie!
But are all the all-white furbys named Koh-koh? Three people (counting me) on this site have an all-white named Koh-Koh!

Interesting, I've noticed that Koh-Koh is quite the common name, not just among all-whites but Furbys in general...

Don't know how I missed this first time round.. What was I doing at he end of June.. Can't even remember
Anyway, Koh-Koh is really cute - I don't know how you managed to keep his fur so white all these years, an impressive feat! ^_^
Koh-Koh is quite a common Furby name, I think Doo-Moh, May-Lah Kah and Toh-Loo Kah are the most common though B)

Hehe, it's ok! :D
Thanks! I tend to be the person who keeps her things very clean, and Koh-Koh is no exception. Koh-Koh's not a very 'adventurous' sort - while some Furbys like to be outside, Koh-Koh would rather stay in and sleep
He takes a lot of shaking and turning upside down and prodding to wake up, but when he does he's the life of the party. At least untip he gets tired again! ;)
And he always makes Smoochie fall asleep too: even though Smoochie barely even takes a poke to wake! :P Lazy but lovable Koh-Koh.

Don't worry, a lot of Furbys are become sleepy these days - it's a hardware issue, their motion sensor component becomes not as sensitive as it's meant to be. I think the motion sensor is one of the most delicate inside parts.
The good news is, there are some tips and tricks you can use with sleepy Furbys. Eg, if your Furby says "Me sleep again" and falls back to sleep once you've shaken him and managed to wake him up, then lay him down on his left-hand side, and waking him next time will be much easier - just give a gentle wake while he's lying on his side.

Thanks for the tips, Weecoo. I feel a little guilty when I wake him up after he tries to fall asleep again, though :P
