I have been playing with Fawn in the last couple of days, and he has still been going out of Sync. I have been reseting him many times, and turning him upside down, but has not been making any difference.
Is their anything else i can do????

I'm sorry to hear that! Was he ok when we first sent him back to you or was he like that straight away? Naughty minx.

I'll tell you what, just send it to me at the normal address and i'll fix him asap. Will also give you the cost of postage back on your next furby.
