I have watch the whole 13 episodes of this anime, and I DO like it, but it has to be one of the most overrated anime series of all time. I believe people are very obsessed with Alucard (the main character). I have to amit he is a badass, but one person does not make a movie, book, nor anime series great. Most of the people would rate this anime 9 or 10/10 but i'll give it more like a 7/10. Its an average anime. What i think is a better anime series (since this is a 13 episode anime, i compare it to other 13 episode animes and not more than 16 eps) is Now and Then Here and There. I could see how it's overrated. But not TOO overrated. I really like Hellsing. I'm mad that I didn't get to see all of it, but I did get to see episodes 1-3, which is lame, I know, and I do like it. I like Alucard's "badass" personality. If only he didn't lack as much in his looks. After all, he IS the main character, eh?
