CHAPTER 1
The arrival

Cloud, Barret and Tifa are at Midgar serving drinks in Tifa's Seventh Heaven when...

Cloud: Oh my god
Tifa: What is it?
Barret: It's not another girl is it?
Cloud: No... it's him
Tifa: Him..?
Barret: A boyfriend !?!? (steps away slightly)
Cloud: No, no nothing of the kind, it's just, in the newspaper they are describing something back from beyond...
Barret: Well, they can 'andle it, I am sure they can, there is nothing to worry about.
(Cloud's expression deepens showing a more concerned look)
Cloud: It's him... he's been seen around sector 2... it's Sephiroth. They have described him as a Strong, Energetic, Powerful, Horrible, Indestructable, Realistic, Omen, Terrible, Human.
Tifa: Cloud, dont go jumping straight after him.
Cloud: I wont I promice
Barret: I'll round up the gang, I will be back soon (he goes to board the highwind in search for the gang members)
Tifa: Cloud, we can just sit here, why dont we get Red XIII?
Cloud: I agree, off we go!

CHAPTER 2
Cosmo Collection

Tifa and Cloud have taken a buggy to go to Cosmo Canyon to get Red XIII. Travelling from Midgar, they set out to Junon to get a boat there to Costa Del Sol, then head to Cosmo on the buggy.

Tifa: Cloud, why are we doing this?
Cloud: We have to save the planet again, this time I think Sephiroth isn't going to fall for the same tricks.
Tifa: Ok, but I am not so sure.
Cloud: About what? Not so sure about what?
Tifa: About saving the world, I wasn't much of a help last time. You may as well drop me off at Kalm Town, I will travel back to Midgar.
Cloud: NO, dont be so silly, I wont let you. You are a valued member of this team, you may not be the best fighter, but still, you are one of the best members on this team. Without you this...(Tifas buts in)
Tifa: Ok I get the point, I will stay, I didn't realise I was tha...(her voice gets fades as a huge growl come over her voice) Cloud, agghhr, what is that thing? I, I, it's huge!(standing just a few miles from them was a creature that was terrorising Kalm Town) Looks like I wont be stoping at Kalm after all.
Cloud: Should we help?
Tifa: Us versus that, we would surly be beaten. I feel bad we cant help, but we really cant.(it was too late anyway for it stopped terrorising Kalm Town and ran, it seemed it knew Cloud and Tifa were there and understood them)
Tifa: What was that thing, anyway?
Cloud: I dont know!

CHAPTER 3
Cosmo Collection (2)

After the huge monster encounter, Cloud and Tifa had started to hit the road again and were way on they're way to Junon, the city was in the distance, but they were nearly there.

Tifa: Isn't that just amazing?
Cloud: Yes, the sister-ray looks stunning in Junon.
Tifa: Well, just imagine, beaches, sun and hot weather when we reach Costa Del Sol!
Cloud: We'll have to delay it for a few moments, theres trouble ahead.
(just a couple of meters away from the buggy was a dark creature, all dressed in black, lying down)
Tifa: Is it hurt, shall we check?
Cloud: I'll check. It's better if your kept here safe ,so stay.
Tifa: Ok, hey! It moved a bit!
Cloud: I just hope it doesn't attack us.
(He steps up to the creature, whos head turns so you could see its face)
...VINCENT!? Is that you?
Creature: Y (It paused) Yes it's me, hi Cloud, I was hunting and I got ambushed.
Tifa: Cloud, is everything alright?
Cloud: Yes, umm, it's Vincent!
Vincent: Um, could you help me get into the buggy? I might as well join you, where are you heading to anyway? ( Cloud helps Vincent into the buggy)
Cloud+Tifa: Cosmo Canyon
Tifa: We'll explain on the way.

CHAPTER 4

By the time Cloud, Tifa and Vincent reached Junon, the main boat had left. They would have to wait over night for it to come back.Cloud: Well cos we rescued you, Vincent we are late for the boat.
Vincent: Sorry, if I would've known about you passing I would've got ambushed elsewhere.
Tifa: Dont be so hard on him Cloud, its not like he planned on getting ambushed.
Cloud: Sorry Tifa, I er (Vincent buts in)
Vincent: if you don't mind me interupting there must be another boat hre somewhere and I kinda knew I was going to be ambushed, I just didn't expect it at that moment.
( 4 pairs of eyes stared from a near-by house window)
Tifa: Who ambushed you?
Vincent: Well I don't know who it was, it all happened so quickly, dont worry it wont happen again I know their strategy. I also know there are four of them, whoever they are.
Cloud: Hey, guys! This boat is ok, this man will drive us there for 100 gil!
Tifa: Great and it's cheaper than the big cargo ship. This boat can just fit our bugy on it, thats useful!
Man: So, hey what is your business in Cost Del Sol?
Vincent: ( managing to get up now) Well we are heading to Cosmo Canyon, why?
Man: Co... ( He stutters) co, co, Cosmo Canyon?
Tifa: Yes, is anything the matter?
Cloud: Has anything happened?
Man: Yes, but I dont want to talk about it. I love my life, anyway, the name's James Highwind.

Chapter 5
Cosmo Collection (4)

As Cloud, Tifa, Vincent and James travel to Costa Del Sol everything was quiet except the purr of the boar's engine.

Tifa('s thoughts) Highwind...I've heard that name somewhere elsewhere. Highwind...HIGHWIND! Cid Highwind..! But, he said his name was James, Maybe, just maybe they are related(after a long quiet pereod, someone spoke)
Tifa: Hey, James, what was your father's name (James wipes something from his eye) well, are you ok?
James: Sorry, you kinda upset me cos I loved my father, but he left when I was little to go no a space exploration , I never heard of him again, my mum told me a bit about him though. My fathers name was Cloud, no sorry, Cid, Cid Highwind.
Tifa: We knew your dad!
James: really?
Vincent: Yes, he was the pilot in charge of our plane, he helped us to save the Earth.
James: I am honoured, but as a test to see if you really are talking about my father, not someone else, here we go. What is one thing he loved doing and one thing he was addicted to doing? I know the answers, my mum told me.
Cloud: Well he loved flying machines being the pilot of them and flying. He was addicted to smoking.
James: Correct. Anyway, here you are have a nice time whilst it lasts and if you see my dad tell him where I am.
Tifa: We will.
James: Bye (he starts driving his boat back to Junon, Cloud and the gang stop for the night in Costa Del Sol.

Coming up in the next chapter: Tifa gets split up from cloud and vincent, who are the 4 voices that are in the forest and will the gang get to Cosmo Canyon?

The next chapter is going to take me much longer to type than the others, it is about 3 times as long. Hope you enjoy them.
