You can create you won cut-out, renders, brushes or whatever gallery you want to offer to the public. But make a topic such as "Overlord's Cut-Outs" saying what it is you are offering in your graphic application such as photoshop. These help newbies and other designers who are not good at cutting out their own renders, getting brushes, or renders.
