men, i had a very close friend, we were friends ever since childhood days, well, my ex girlfriend is also her friend and now he's texting me that i should try and ask my ex for another chance coz my ex still loves me,(thats what he says) but the problem is i dont love her anymore.. but this friend would always say, i know you still love her, deep inside your heart.. men, i hate it when people act like they know myself better than me.. if we were not friends, im sure i could have hit him with my hands..
what should i do with my friend?

I had a very similar situation. What you should do (like i did) is talk to your friend, in a serious tone, and tell him that you are no longer in love or want to be with your ex-girlfriend. And if you friend still brings up that crap about you still liking her deep in your heart, just tell him. 'My friend if i was still in love with her, why wouldn't I just ask her out again, what you tell me about her still in love with me; it would be easy for me to go back to her, so why wouldn't I? Because i don't like her anymore. So get off my case about her, and if you don't believe me, than you can go up to her, and tell her that i said its over and move on with your life.' That worked for me. Hope that helps

sounds to me like this friend of ur just really wants u to be with someone he thinks is a good gf for u....i know this one guy, he's like a brother to me, and i just want him to be happy and not end up with some slut....so, my opinion is that he's just being kinda overprotective of one of his best friends, either that, or he's just very obnioxous and annoying!! ^-^ but hey, at least he's off ur back right?
