I going with batman. Because he's alot smarter than superman, so he'll use his deft and cleverness to outwit the 'man of steel'. Also in a comic, called the darknight (i think it was called that) he beat the hell out of superman, because he made himself some kryptonite 'brass' knuckles and beat the crap out of superman and i believe he killed him. (using his wits again). So no matter what batman will always find a way to win. And also he's my fav super hero.

superman definitely, even though he probably cant match batman in wits he's not a total neandurthaw....(not sure if i spelled that right...)he's pretty smart too..
