Yeah man, I hate to sound harsh, but I can't really help you with multiple choice questions without just giving you the answer, and I don't believe in that. Sorry.

I will say that I believe the answers can be found in Chapters 10 and 11, so either skim through the book or the chapter notes and hopefully you can find the answers.
