hello everybody. i'm a college student in china. and as i was wathing the 08 presidential race, one question occurred to me. i had thoght that the primaries were the whole thing. every state had a caucus and that's it. but i noticed that iowa is call caucus whereas new hamshire primary. so what's the difference(s)
