note: i have recently taken the AP US history exam
i was browsing the web, searching for past AP FRQs and DBQs, just for more background information and I came across a link that caught my attention. i clicked on it and what should appear but the 2006 multiple choice questions.
After taking the AP, the advisors told us that we can discuss the FRQs and DBQ after so many days but we are never to discuss the multiple choice questions at any time, any where, or to anyone.
now, in regards to what I came across: Is that illegal on the part of the individual(s) who posted it?
If you wish to report them, you should contact College Board.
Personally, I don't see a moral problem with publishing the previous years' questions, though it probably has consequences for your own tests with College Board, and may be illegal under copyright law.
It is up to you whether you report it, but I wouldn't bother.
yeah, it probably wouldn't be worth the fuss
They release the AP Multiple Choice questions anyway.
