How did foreign and domestic issues cause the rise of the first parties in the U.S?

Think about why parties exist - some people think the country should be run one way, and some think that it should be run another way. Look up what the issues facing the country were when the parties were formed, and go from there.

just remember the madison vs. jefferson bank issue it caused the formation of the federal party(strict constricution) and republican party(loose consruction).
