In which 5 states did the blacks make up a majority of the electorate once the 15th amendment was passed?

This is a dire question that my History teacher gave us in a worksheet...I have read all over the Chapter and the chapters adjecent, but I can't find the answer!

If anyone knows, or has a website that you can recommend (besides APNotes) it will be greatly appreciated!!

I'm not looking but I'm gonna take a guess: Virginia, South and North Carolina, Georgia, Mississippi. The deep south with a high slave concentration.
