The Island Chain This chain of five islands rests just off the southwest coast of Alagaesia. Illium, Uden, and Parlim are covered in sprawling forests while Nia is barely more that a rock jutting from the ocean. The final island, Beirland, is the largest and is home to the city of Eoam. Rivers Rivers are one of Alagaesia's most important assets, allowing trade and passage from various parts of the land. Some, like the Ranr, flow almost the entire length of the continent.
