http://www.spoilerfix.com/lost.php is the main one I use.

http://www.tvguide.com/News/Ausiello/AskAusiello/ Ausiello normally has some spoilers (but they end up on spoilerfix anyway)

http://abc.go.com/primetime/lost/index.html not necessarily the best spoiler site, but has press releases etc.

http://www.eonline.com/Gossip/Kristin/ Kristin from E! is where I normally find spoilers first.

They're all the ones I use.

televisionwithoutpity ... there's a very reliable spoiler source (secretagentman) on this site
