Worked on this piece about a year or so ago, posted previously on WIP where myself and my good friend Doghouse hang out from time to time:

What happens when you take:

1 New Chaos Warrior sprue + 1 Space wolf Marine sprue + 1 new command sprue + space wolf bits box + greenstuff and plasti-card...

Result:




One (pre heresy) Space wolf commander.

Currently on an ogre base for ease of working, points of note:

GS'ed chapter symbol, wolf pelt(s), totems, (teeth and runestone on right shoulder) collar.

Use of accessory bits around the body, Term honour badge as belt buckle.

Since the first pics I felt that the side of the combi bolter looked a little plain so I've added a wolfshead icon which I like! :D



Still cleaning and sanding mould lines, probably going to 'flatform' and stud the boots, also make the backpack a flusher fit.

Will be doing a few more soon, tinkering with the idea of 13th company.... :scratch:

I tried that look before I settled on the look in my wip threads. I need to get back to them...
