Here's a WIP in stages of my attempt at making Heresy pattern armour.
I'm making him a little bigger than the regular plastics to try out a different technique.



I've removed the Aquila from an Assault marine torso to get the right look for the torso. I'll be adding cables later.



Next I removed the center skull and replaced it with the circular grill from a spare plastic torso. I've also removed the belt buckle from the front.





I've added a small square of GS to the bridge of the nose grill and added the belt. I've also bulked out the thighs as I'm making him a little bigger than normal.



Because I've also extended the torso I have had to build up the rear of the model as well so that the angle is correct.

I've begun to bulk out the greaves as well to give him a little more size.

nice so far can't wait to see it finished may try it myself.

good start, im a bit of a fan of your stuff from warseer, one thing i would like to see is a tutorial on how to scult helmets like they are pictured on false gods cover, look forward to an update of this though
