Description: Great effect!

Motion animation:
ok im gonna show you how to make the motion animation as shown here:

Open up a new photoshop document 400x125px.Background transperant.
Make a simple background.
Fund an image that you would like to move similar to my signature above.
Im going to start off with this pic:

First you want to Copy and paste the image onto a background that you like:

I changed the blending mode of the picture i pasted to luminosity.I would suggest messing around with the blending modes they all pretty much look good.
Ok now you want to duplicate the layer of the image you posted and go to Filter>Blur>Motion Blur
Setings:Distance 25px.
your duplicated layer should look something like this:

Now you should have three different layers.
1.a backgroud image
2.normal image
3.and the blurred image
ok now we are ready to switch over to Imageready.
Now what you want to do is hide the Blurred layer:

Now you want to move down to your animation window and duplicate the first frame:

While you are on the second from of the animation,Hide the narmal layer and then un-hide the blured layer:

Now duplicate the second frame and move the blured layer across the image about a quarter of the way to the otherside:

Now repeat this step until you get to the other side:

Now once you have something like above, you want to duplicate the frame then hide the blurred layer and un-hide the normal layer and move the normal layer over to the left side in the same position the blured layer was in:

Now you need to repeat all these steps but in the opposite direction.hahaha :P
once you finish you should have something like this:

(add a 2 second delay onto both of the nowmal frames.to add a delay to a frame, you click the bottom of the frame wher it says 0 sec.)
Hope this tutorial helped you out and you understood it.If not please tell me and i will re-write it.thnx for reading.

A very nicely done Tut! I was able to do a verion of my own, however I was wondering how you managed to blur the image of Vegeta in the middle to that of Vegeta in Saiyan form that are on the edges so fluidly? I've tried experimenting with my own two different pictures, but the animation when they switch seems too sudden and too apparent. :crazy3:
