Two Color Effect:
This is a sort of two tone effect that gives your image of one color i
nice two color effect.

Fisrt you need an image to use this effect one.You can use the one

Now we need to add color to both layers.

For the Blured Layer you want to add a light orange color to it.(if it
doesnt let you add color go to, Image->Mode->RGB. Dont Merge Layers)
Image->Adjustments->Hue/Saturation
settings:
Hue:28
Saturation:61
Lightness:0

Should look like this:

Now go back to your normal layer and add a deep red to it.
Image->Adjustments->Hue/Saturationsettings:
Hue:0
Saturation:80
Lightness:0

Your non-blured layer should look like this:

Now go back to your Blured layer and change the Blending Mode to

I highly recomend that you try this on other images and use different

blending options.The final products will be great.
