Kind of like a file sharing network. You download a BitTorrent link (Tiny in size), open it and then BitTorrent starts downloading. The more users there are downloading and seeding (Hosting) the file, the faster the download.

You can get many things. Games, Movies, Anime, etc. You're sure to find a good amount of console games.
