It seems more and more games are using this, and different styles of it are being made.
Sure there can be some really good Cell-Shading like in LOZ: Wind Waker, Dark Cloud 2 and DBZ: Budokai 3. In my opinion, if a game is based on an Anime, then go with Cell-Shading, it suits it perfectly.
