i don't think you can know any new member's intentions when they join dkj.and i don't think you can ban them or delete their post(s) either...we'll have to get used to them i guess :?

You can delete someones posts, I own an invisionfree site so I know you can, as I have done it before :)
But I like the rule idea, it seems smart :)
