Make a new document

1: Go filter>render>clouds

2: Press Ctrl+U and use these settings:

your clouds wil look like this:

3: Press Ctrl+I to ivnert your image

4: Go Filter>Texture>Patchwork:

Square size: 8
Relief: 0

5: Press Ctrl+J to duplicate your layer

6: Prss Ctrl+I to invert your image to make it blue again

7: Go Filter>Brush strokes>Accented edges

Edge with: 1
Edge brightness: 15
Smoothness: 2

8: aply a layer mask like so:

9: Get out your gradient tool (you will find it under your paint bucket just right click on it and select it)

10: just use the normal settings

11: make a horizontal gradient on the mask from left to right

you will have an image looking like this:

Now for the render:

1: Just pick a picture from somewhere i choose jamie thomas on a hand rail

2: Take your lasso tool and set the feather to 25 pixels and crudely cut out the render you want

3: Press Ctrl+C to copy it then go back to your sig and press Ctrl+V to paste it onto your signature

4: then set the blending mode to Overlay

Now, the border:

1: Make a new layer by clicking on the button in the layers window

2: Get you rectangular marquee tool and make a selection of just abit smaller then your sig

3: Press Ctrl+Shift+I to inverse your selection

4: fil it with a color you think would be nice for a border i choose #AAAAAA

5: Cut out some weird shapes and some to give it a tech look

6: Then go Layer>layer Style>Blending Options and enter these settings:

1: just write your name

2: Use the same settings as for the border

3: The sett the blending mode to overlay and your done!
