Both this one and AS's need to be submitted to good-tuts, has anybody submitted them yet? If so, please do so (just take a cool part of the final image and shrink it to 40x40, then submit to good-tuts :))

i havnt submitted mine and it has been posted on 3 or 4 differnt GFX forums :P so sorrry but yu might want to submit it befor them if you want the link :P i should have said somthing, really sorry.

do you want to know ill make a lil tut for you on how to make 1 i was just showing my end effect. do u got msn aim or something besides email

at altron: just make a new layer and fill the banner part with black (use the rectangle to select the area you want your banner) and lower the layer opacity to what you think fits best (50 or something, maybe 40)

i use 45 hehe
