Well.. Since i just posted my realistic smoke tut (what i hope you like:P) i thought.. why not another tut? :D
Here it is!
You're going to make something like this:

Search a photo of something (I used a cover of a playboy calendar) and a photo of yourself or a friend (I used a friend :rolleyes: )

Use the crop tool to select the head only and drag it over to the calendar

Set the face opacity you just drag over to 50%
Use the transform tool (Ctrl+t) to set your face photo on the background face like this:

Now you have you make a mask on your face layer. Go to Layer>Add layer mask>Reveal all.

Now reset your foreground and background colours (Ctrl+D). Grab your brush tool (I used a hard brush) and go around the original face so you dont see the rest of your face like this:

Until you got this:

Now set the opacity of your photo to 0%.
Click on your background layer and grab the patch heeling tool.

Hold your ALT button and click on a "clean" spot of the face. release it and go over the eyes, mouth and nose until you got something like this

Now go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Brightness and Contrast.

Make sure you check: Use previous layer to create clipping mask! and mess around with the setting until your photo is just as bright as the background face like this:

Almost done!
Now go to Layer>New Adjustment Layer>Hue/Saturation

Make sure you check: Use previous layer to create clipping mask!
And again.. Mess around with the setting until you are satisfied.

Haha dude thats really nice, but i dont think that GT will take it becuase of the nude girl =\
