Hey guys, cyber here! Just thought I'd share my multicoloring method. First, create the sig you want to color...
I'll be using this:

1.Press d.Now, click on your top layer. Next, go down to that little ying yang symbol on ur layers pallette. Click it and choose hue/saturation.

2.Next take the saturation slider to around 30-50. Press ok. Now while you have your saturation layer selected go up to filter->render->diffrence clouds.

3.Go back to that ying yang symbol. Click it and choose color balance. Switch it to highlights and play around with the sliders a bit. Press ok. K, so far so good, now press ctrl+f to do the diffrence clouds again. This will even out the colors.

4.Once again go back to the ying yang symbol, choose color balance and stay with midtones this time. Play around with the sliders again til you get another nice color. Press ok and hit ctrl+f.

5.One last time go to the ying yang symbol, choose color balance, and choose shadows. Can you guess the next part? Correct! Play with the sliders. Press ok, and ctrl+f for the last time. It should look nice.

6.If it doesnt look to good, go to each color balance layer and click ctrl+f on them til it looks good.

7.BONUS*YOU DONT HAVE TO DO THIS*
Go to the ying yang symbol thing, choose curves, and make a little wavy line. It adds a nice effect to your sig.

You should have something like this:
