TECH CIRCLE




Step 1: Make a new Template I used 150x150 (Chose a nice small size like 100x100).
Should look something like this:



Step 2: Make a Circle using the Elliptical Marquee Tool, Fill with Black.
Should look something like this:



Step 3: Make another Circle using the Elliptical Marquee Tool inside the other Circle, and while still selected hit Backspace.
Should look something like this:



Step 4: Make Small Cuts in the Circle using the Polygon Lasso Tool.
Should look like this:



Step 5: Now Make a new Layer and Make a Smaller Circle inside the old one, and Fill with black.
Should look something like this:



Step 6: Make another Circle inside the one you just made (The one still filled in with Black), and hit Backspace.
Should look something like this:



Step 7 now make Small cuts in this Circle but this time do it diagonal
Like this:



Now keep repeating those steps till you’re happy
