I didn't know if i should put this in the Other tutorials or this one. Move it if you think it should be somewhere else. Thanks

Okay, so we want to have some animated text.

Hopefully you have your background or whatever and you have some text you're ready to animate.
Step 1:While in Photoshop with your Image, on the toll bar that should be on the left, look to the bottom of it, there is a Photoshop to ImageReady button. Click it.

Step 2:

That's my image. See the animation? That's what we're gonna learn.

Say you want it to type out Banana:
Layer 1: B
layer 2: Ba
Layer 3: Ban
Layer 4: Bana
Layer 5: Banan
Layer 6: Banana
Just make sure that you are duplicating the text layer and only adding text to it.
from there, take the first frame; as shown here:

and make you first letter the only thing visible besides your bg. Set the frame time to .2 seconds

now make a new frame:

Click the eye on the second layer so that the next letter is visible
Now repeat until all layers are visible and it types out your word.
Click the play button:

And see if it works smooth for you, you should get something like this:

Hey Light, welcome to Fallout :)

Great tutorial, I submitted it to good-tuts just in case you hadn't already. Thanks for making this tutorial, and have a good stay at FP :)

edit - actually I'll probably submit it in about 2 hours or so, reply before then if you already have :)

Nah, everytime I tried it told me my button was too big so I was like "Screw it." lol

And thanks for the welcome.

That's because it has to be exactly 40x40 :)

I made one and submitted it, it might be up soon :)

It was 40 by 40, but like the file size itself was too big. I checked it and it was only like 5000 and it said up to 7000 lol.

Apply a windows skin/theme using either Style XP or Windows Blinds.

I perfer Style XP, because they dont really limit you on much.

I used Windowblinds and in that screen I believe I was using neOS Neoshell
