Hello. This is dedicated member and newly appointed moderater EnragedPhoenix91. I bring all of the new people quick tips on where and how to start playing in this vast universe of a site.

First off, you want to read the Starting Guidelines before you do anything.

Read this, next. History and Background section. Chances are you already read it before this but just in case you want to read it after the tips. And just so you know, the History and Background is updated every now and then, as things that happen in roleplays can make history.

You may want to create a character now and go off doing whatever you want. If you have this thought running through your skull I want you to calm down and first read a bit more. You want to read theRaces section to see what kind of things your character can be and how to describe your characters off of the races descriptions.

Now you have yet more reading before you can go off going stuff. If need be, feell free to take a break and do something else for a little while. You next have to read the Professions section to see what your character can do for a living.

If you made it this far: Congrats. You only have few more things to go so hang in there!

You will need to read the Skills section on what kind of things your character can do. This is not a video game, don't let it get in your head that it is. Just because there are skills, it doesn't make your characters superhuman, or super-whatever their race is. When making your characters, make them have realistic skill levels.

Even your character's skills have limits. You may think they're unnecessary but they're the difference between being able to jump rooftop to rooftop and being able to jump over the building completely.

Most importantly, read the Races section.

Your final assignment: read the Character Sheet Format. Be happy because this is what you use to make your characters. The format page has three pages and two different formats, you only need to use one of the formats (for all you new people I highly recommend the first one, because it has all the links to the stats and races.)

Now if you made it this far in one day or even one go, give yourself a cookie because that is a very challenging task.

Now for the sum up of all you need to do.

-Read the listed stuff
-Use the character format (follow the second page's directions) to make a character
-Make your character squeaky clean and realistic so IH or one of the mods can accept it.
-Post the character (following the format) in the Unaccepted Characters board and check back on it when IH and/or a mod either accepts it or tells you what needs to change
-If IH said to change something DO IT! I can't possible press this enough.
-When you tweek the character to IH's liking she will move it to the Accepted Characters board.
-When you have all this done you can use the accepted character in one RP at a time almost wherever and whenever you like, (if the character moves from one planet to another try to make a good reason and means of transportation.)

Final notes:
-Ships can be used and owned by a character or even several characters but they have a database and format of their own, I would recommend getting into ships at a later time.
-You may have to check back on the reading material listed above every now and then. There's nothing wrong or shameful about it.
-Try to have fun and help other people have fun as well.
