ok i am going to teach the basics of making a static avater.


1)open up a new document. make it 120x120

2)now fill your document black and make a new layer, call it static 1 and go to filter>noise>add noise and use these settings:

press ok. now press control+shift+u or go layer>layer adjustment layer>hue saturation and put saturation to -100

3)do that 2 more times, do not just duplicate it or it will not work.u will now have 3 noise layers.

4)now for ur text, type in white and go to the layer pallete, and right click the text layer and click blending options and do these settings.

drop shadow:default settings.

inner shadow:

bevel and emboss:default settings.

gradient overlay:

stroke:

now make a new layer and put it as the top layer of ur layer pallete and press control+a and go edit>stroke make the color black and make it a 1 pixel.

we are now done and ready for imageready.


5)open imageready and put these as your settings:


6)now make a new frame and click the eye that u see so it is gone on that layer and click the spot where the eye should be above it so u can see it.

7)repeat step six and go to file>save as optimized and save it this is now what yours should look like.

Lol same as commander,but maybe some will understand this tut better,you never know.Nice tut though KUTGW :D:

it looks like a different outcome though. Commanders looks more REALISTIC but yours looks cool as well...
