enjoy and i forgot to add... if u want transparency for the forum u use. take a print scrn of a topic and get eye dropper tool and pick forum color. click the color and gets its number (the 6 digit one) copy that and in imageready... see the box that says gif and stuff go to its options and click more options or transparency and on the tranparensy color paste ur number B)

How can I edit the transparency?

ok take a print screen of the forum u r on, make a new doc in photoshop and get the color picker and get the colro of ur forum. when the screen pops up get the 6 digit number. now when u r about to save in imageready u will see the thing that says gif and all that stuff in the right hand corner. click the options thing and click some like all options or transparency. now when the transparency thing pops up it will be a white colr thing. click it and go other and then the color menu will pop up and then paste ur number there. then save

I don't understand how I warp the text, please I need help quick!

basically what he said, when your in imageready, select the text tool and select the text you wrote, then at the end of the text tool you will see a warp button, click it and set it to arch, and set it to 18. Then just follow the tutorial.
