The following consequences are in affect for ALL who break any rule or regulation:

First Offense: Verbal Warning and warning level will increase 1%.

Second Offense: Suspension for 3 days and warning level will increase 5%

Third Offense: Suspension for 10 days and warning level will increase 10%

Fourth Offense: Banishment

All cases of severe violation will go before the Judicial Committee, consisting of an Administator, a Faculty member, and a Peer. There decision will be final and can only be overruled by filing a complaint with Headmistress Peyton Sawyer.
