I'd really want to know what team will make the next tales of >.<
but oh well, I made this topic to know what tales studio you'd preffer for the next one, and maybe we could discuss about the good/bad things of these teams

Personally I'd like the team melfes to do the next one, or at least another one, just because I think it needs a second chance to show up what they can do u.u - but only if they fix ALL the problems they had in legendia-> limited menu- no multiplayer- no hi ougis or something interesting/innovative in the battle system and good graphics with close ups just like in abyss or symphonia and that stuff o 3o. I think they learned from the crits they received xD.

If not, team destiny for sure, mostly because their battle systems are pure awesomenes, whereas the story lacked a bit in rebirth/destiny II and the games look a bit simmilar (I'm not saying clones, but it's just like abyss and symphonia).

I'd like the teams to merge in a single one - 3- but namco is stupid.

I hope namco will stop its cheap ports+ tales of the tempest-like games- excepting destiny remake, it's been showing recently how lazy it can be with tales of games.

None of them, really. Destiny (2) emphasized too much on the main character and the enemies there were usually not fun to fight with, there's always a tiny enemy in each region.

For Symphonia/Abyss, they kind of...meh. I don't know. They kind of screwed up with Radiant Mythology, letting the popularity make the sales for them.

Tempest team, no. For obvious reasons.


I would vote for MelFes, but I voted too quickly without much thought. XD

Whether it'll turn out good or not, I'd like to see a collaboration of all those teams to work on the next tales installment :D I wonder how it'll be?

Melfest has some great potential, but they screwed up on Legendia

But I still like the Smyphonia team better. Sure, they might be more on the cliche side, but hey, I like the characters and storylines [once, again, this is coming from the person that just have read the FAQs for the Destiny team's games]

Team MelFes. They need a second chance. Who knows? They might create something that has never been done in a Tales game before. I mean, they already amazed us with Legendia's awesome storyline/character development.

Yeah, either Destiny or Melfes. I voted for Destiny, but giving Melfes a second chance wouldn't be a bad idea. Gotta admit, I liked the general look of Legendia. Seemed different in a good way.

Team Symphonia ALL THE WAY!!!!!!!!

Team Destiny may have done a great job, but i'd think Team MelFes DOES need a 2nd chance. They took an old system and made it pretty good, now they just need to make it better, adding Hi-ougis and all that good juicy stuff. So, MelFes FTW right now.

Also, they need Shiina's music. If I'd be Sakuraba I'd be pissed after hearing Legendia's OST XDD. A collab between the 2 (maybe sakuraba for battle music) would be awesome *.*

Why not have all of them (except Tempest >_>) work together?

Well I have a bias towards Symphonia and Abyss (I just love their games and ESPECIALLY their art. Fujishima!) So yes I vote for them
