Title: Ladies and gentlemen!
Description: I found our very own Qliphoth!

Note: A argumentative quagmire about how the non-English tales games aren't getting enough recognition. Not for those who have had a stroke, a heart problem, or pregnant.

An innocent post turned into, my description again, a quagmire of hate, persecution, and attacking claims.

All I got out of it was I should feel bad for importing Rebirth and liking Abyss, as well as being a moron for thinking Luke as a deep character and Reid EDIT: AMZINGLY AWESOME. I got confused, sorry.

I think I'll be going there for info from now on.

Wait, I'm missing the point. Why do you feel bad for importing Rebirth?

"Because people that import are elitist jerks who look down on the people that stick with English-release only." - one guy in the thread.

Well its the truth :)

But it should be more like this:

"Because people that import and Japanese players are elitist jerks who look down on the people that stick with English-release only." - one guy in the thread.

We import because we want to play the game. Not to feel superior to those who stick with English-only releases.

Now don't blame tha Japanese. They can't help it if their games release in their country.

That kinda annoys me to, I have seen people who loved Tota wene it frist came out in Japan and now hate it now that it's gotten translated. Samething happens whith anime as well once something gets translated people tend to hate it.

Now I feel guilty...

That's not true. I don't look down on those who don't import. Neither do I know anyone who holds that quality. When is the last time you see people look down at others for NOT importing games? I mean, come on, I've laughed in other people's faces sarcastically, but I've never blamed them for that. And I don't think Japanese gamers do too.

As for me, even if I've already played the same game before in another place (another country or a friend's house) I still buy it and play it hardcore as if I've never played it before! Even if I only have the US ones right now , heck I've already played a pirated ToE (worth $2) back in the bootlegged game ridden country I once was in and still bought ToE again here in the US, mint condition and US localized original (costs $85) and if a true fan has the japanese ot bootlegged version of the game, they'll still buy the original and localized one not only to support the company, also to put it in his/her collection and still enjoy playing that version of the game. Hardcore gaming 4 life!
