According to a magazine (Meh), Sega producers would love to have their mascot, Sonic in SSBB. Of course, Nintendo thinks the same way. Sonic is guaranteed in once they get the copyrights out of the way, which shouldn't be hard...

As for characters...I have a good feeling that Zelda and Ganondorf would stay. =D How could they even think about leaving out Twilight Princess?

Marth is definitely staying, I know that. But Roy...
Well, Zelda might have her transformation move taken away and Ganandorf would have a new moveset.
Anyone think Falco might stay?

We can be pretty sure that the originals (i.e. those from the original Super Smash Bros.) will stay, as well as those that had a good report from Melee...

Is this game coming out on Gamecube or the Wii? Probably the Wii... hahaha that'd be kinda funky though with the remote and stuff. You'd probably be flailing your arm around in every direction trying to attack and such. Multi player might be vicious, people might start accidently hitting each other and stuff with a bunch of Wii remotes going in every direction. lol, I dunno I'm just guessing on that's how it may be.

No, they comfirmed it to use a normal controller, probably the Gamecube controller.

It'll be on the Wii...it was originally going to be a Wii Release game, but it got held back...

And I do recall reading that they planned on just having people using the regular, GC controllers...I don't expect to be double-jumping to easily with the remote XD

Besides, just because it could use the remote doesn't mean you have to flail around your arms. Look at Excite Truck.

...Why would it be on the GCN? That doesn't make any sense...because they're thinking about some multi-player online to an extent...anyways, like what the other two said, it's on the Wii using GCN controllers. Miyamoto said he didn't want to ruin the classic game by using motion-sensor...it would get in the way a lot. XD

I'm not too fond of Roy myself, I don't mind if he's replaced with Eliwood or something. But a replacement should be good enough. And you could be right about Zelda's transformation...but then again; NEW MOVESETS FOR ZELDA!! Light Arrows for the win! She might even use a sword too!

And I mainly use Ganondorf. I love him. *_* I really hope he gets to use the sword like he did in Twilight Princess. But he better not have a half-assed moveset.

EDIT: I want Falco to stay. I don't use him at all, but he's just too unique to leave out.

You do know smbb is going to be online so wifi going to be the best thing :)

But the problem is; we don't know HOW much the Wi-Fi will expand. Will it be for people in the same state? World-wide? Same country? They're considering doing a ranking system (which I would they do to make braggers stfu), but they aren't too cozy with it.

Anyways...let's hope world-wide. I don't care how much a stress it is, I want to play with you Canadians and Europeans like Bunnywisk and Kaz.

Wi-Fi can go world wide. Playing against the Japanese in Puyo Puyo 15th Anniversary is really tough...

No games are currently for online play. They reserved the first game to have this feature for Pokemon.
So Brawl is most likely to release after that.

Ah...interesting...well at least the Wii is reliable. Now back onto topic: let's try to make up a theory on how Samus goes from Power Suit to Zero Suit! =D

In the trailer, it showed her using a super-sized power beam shot, so maybe that's how she changes into Zero Suit. It could be her "ultimate" move or something along those lines.

They're going to be separate characters.
Though, it'd be cool if they have you unlock her through Adventure Mode, and Samus goes into her Zero Suit somewhere in the middle of it.

Anyone have good ideas for stages or items? There's still too much talk about ideas for characters.

Stages:
Tower of Salvation (even when I'm against Symphonia making it in)
New Pork City (Mother 3)
World 1-1 (The actual Mario stage constantly scrolling. You can't use the pipes)

According to the official site, Zero Suit Samus isn't a pure character addition. I don't know what they meant by that but they kind of implied that she was somewhat like a Zelda/Sheik character.

Oh wow. Well then, I think it'll be her special attack (when she grabs the Smash orb).
Not only will she do a vey strong attack, but she'll get a new moveset!
Now will there be a way to revert?...

Hmm...I don't...know. XD Maybe when she gets KO'd? But that would make it annoying to use Zero Suit all the time...

Dude, I see Motoi Sakuraba from Tales! But I know Tales won't join, because Miyamoto specifically stated that only 2 outside party characters will be joining. Snake and most likely Sonic.

EDIT: I see Starfox and Fire Emblem composers. Hopefully Marth and Roy come back so I can PWN them because I hate their guts! D:<

And Falco, because my little brother uses him and it's really a challenge...

EDIT: Nuklear is right. According to an interview, Kojima says these guys could release it right now and still sell a million copies. I expect this to come at LEAST before Summer ends.

The thing is, that, Snake HAS been on the Game Cube with Twin Snakes, remember? So theres room for more. Also, Sonic has been too with multi platform games.
