Kindom Hearts 3 is based in the past... Before KH1 and Kh2.
Yeah, that video's as old as KH2: FM+. It's still great to watch.
All that I know is that it takes place before Ansem's birth.
That's not Kingdom Hearts III. According to several interviews with Nomura, he says that it's a spin off. Another series in the KH. He won't be doing Kingdom Hearts III for a while unfortunately.
I hope these help. They're some translated interviews. I believe each of them state that the new Kingdom Hearts is NOT Kingdom Hearts III.
