Title: A running gag?

I notice on the Tales of Fandom, Viva Tales of... etc... that a running gag is for Veigue to scream "Claire" at ear-splitting volume. Is there any particular reason why?

In Tales of Rebirth, he's always thinking about Claire. Every other word he says in the game is "Claire". There are several scenes where he screams the name "Claire!", especially when she is in danger.
Also, Veigue has a used voiceclip that screams "Claireeeeeeee!!!". Apparently, the fans in JP found this very amusing, which was noticed by Namco, so they applied it and used it as a humor factor.

Yeah, thats what happens, just like in other games, they don't do it as much as ToR though. Like ToL's STELLLAAAAAAAAAA! scream and Cless' DHAOS! in the OVA. But we will always remember

Veigue's signia scream just sticks out more than the others because he stretches it out. Speaking of Veigue, his Seiyuu is the same person who voices Link...too bad they changed it in Twilight Princess...

Doesn't change my opinion. Although it IS very funny (KURRRREEEEEAAAAA!!!!!!!!).
I think Veigue's the coolest (pun intended, I'm sorry... -_-') Tales hero because he isn't a naive idiot, he doesn't start his story waking up from a sleep or trying to avenge a burnt-down village and he uses Ice. Ice falls into the category of Water in most games. Water is just plain awesome. Water is underrated. Water >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Fire.
Ergo, I think Veigue's the best Tales hero. Heh heh. Altogether now: KURRREEEAA!! *Bricked and then shot* Hah hah.

Veigue has to be my favorite main Tales hero. He uses the ice element, his moves were awesome, and he's the only Tales main hero who you actually fight.
