I used to admin at a Naruto RP and we've found this as obviously photoshoped.

They used this Image of Yondaime:

And put him in place of Deidara in this image

in the above image you'll see a smaller red box, in the first posts image of Yondaime, look in the same place and you'll see a sliver of Deidara's Hair.

Also the Akatsuki leader has orange hair while Yondaime has yellow. Yondaime's eyes are blue while the Leader's aren't.

so

Akatsuki leader =/= Yondaime

Whoops, there goes the idea that Yondaime was Naruto's father and the Akatsuki leader...would have been hell of a plot twist though.
Though, who knows? Something else might come up.

Akatuski Leader isnt the most powerful. There also some guy telling the AL to do missions.
