Title: Anyone have this game? PSP
Judas - August 4, 2007 06:30 AM (GMT)
Anybody has this game for the PSP? How is the game ? Is it better then the PS2 version besides the single player only? I know about Cameos and the new cut ins, but i wonder if this is greater then the PS2 version. Is the grade shop different? I heard something about GRADES being different of some sort? THings in grade shop cost less?

What do you mean by better? The PSP version is the exact same as the PS2 version except a bit slower, but the gameplay is completely the same.

Hm, I heard the GRADE Shop costs less.

1) It isn't slower, only for Summon Hi-Ougis.
2) It's the exact same except for Cut-ins and cameos.
3) Grade shop actually added some things, and costs a bit less.

Oh I see, that's good then haha. What are the things that are added in the grade shop?

That was to make it look better, I'm sure of that. In the PS2 version, it didn't really look like multiple stabs. The PSP version made it easier to see that.

I actually really like playing this game on the PSP even though I have the PS2 version. It's still really fun and worth it to buy for me. Anyways this leaves my previous question unanswered. If anyone knows what's added in the grade shop?

Everything cost less grade
10x Exp Option for 2000 Grade
Additional Cut-Ins
Maybe some other stuff not sure.
Sprites are cleaner then the PS2 version
Slow downs during Summons and also sometimes when you activate a Hi-Ougi and a high level spell at the same time (Think crazy comet extensions) slows downs sometimes. Other than that gameplay is pretty much the same.
I'm playing it currently. Still the hardest game in the series IMO but rewarding if you put a lot of time into it.

Thanks vorpal, but what do you mean additional cut ins?
o wait nvm, i thought you meant you can buy more cut ins for the grade shop.. But yeah i already knew about the new cut ins and i think someone said most of the stuff you already said before. But about the 10 exp thats cool. 2000 grade only. in the ps2 at least 3 things i think costed 5000 Grade which was very expensive.

You can buy old style cut-ins in the GRADE Shop. xD
Judas - August 14, 2007 02:59 AM (GMT)
Thanks for the info guys. Man this game is really good. It really was worth buying. It's going to be a lot easier and more fun with the grade shop costing more less too.

I bought it in Hong Kong. Still really easy to spell cancel... but I am getting lazier, I wanna get to the cameo fights! XO
